This route uses sixteen busses to cover most of the North End between Church St. and the CPR tracks on a five minute interval. Instead of terminating at the inner loop, this bus continues through to the Legislature as one of thee downtown high-frequency criss-cross links. The Osborne bus does the same from the opposite direction to complement the criss-cross.
